At MB Beauty Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and pack every product before dispatch to ensure quality and safety.

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the product received is damaged, leaked, defective, or has a broken seal at the time of delivery.

Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. Clear photos or videos showing the damage, leakage, or broken seal must be provided for verification. Please contact our support team immediately.

Refund or Replacement Process

Once the issue is reviewed and verified by our team, we will offer either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation and product availability. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in cases where the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or if the issue is reported after the allowed time frame (24 hours post-delivery). Change of mind is generally not covered under our refund policy.
